Serving across cultures brings extraordinary opportunities and unique challenges. Women carry the weight of leadership, the complexities of cultural adaptation, the demands of ministry, and the realities of life far from familiar support systems. Some are navigating a new assignment. Others are discerning what comes next or finding their footing after years of cross-cultural service.

The life of ministry can easily become defined by what we do for God rather than how we live with Him. Our guided journeys invite women to deepen their relationship with Jesus, grow in self-awareness, engage Scripture, and develop rhythms that sustain a life of faith and service.
These are not lessons to complete or more tasks to accomplish. They are opportunities to encounter God, grow alongside others, and become increasingly rooted in the life He offers.

Cross-cultural ministry can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be lonely. The women who understand your world may live thousands of miles away. The Capture the Nations Community of Global Women Network exists to bridge those distances: a relational, Christ-centered community where women serving across cultures can share their experiences, encourage one another, grow in truth, and walk together through the changing seasons of life and ministry.
There is room for the woman serving on the field, the woman leading across cultures, the woman preparing for a transition, and the woman discerning what life and calling look like after cross-cultural service.

For more than 25 years, our founders have served in cross-cultural ministry across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. We have experienced the beauty of serving across cultures, the complexity of ministry life, and the importance of relationships that sustain us along the way.
We know that meaningful ministry requires more than vision, strategy, and hard work. It requires people who are spiritually rooted, relationally connected, and supported through the realities of their calling.
That lived experience shapes our commitment to preventive care: investing in women before isolation deepens, before the weight becomes too heavy, and before transition leaves them disconnected.
We believe that when women are strengthened, the impact reaches beyond the individual. Families, teams, ministries, and communities benefit when the people serving them are nurtured and equipped to flourish.
