Capture the Nations

About Us

Empowering People,
Transforming Communities.
Welcome to Our Mission

Capture the Nations was founded in 2022 by Kathy Maurer and Keisa Capers, two seasoned global leaders with more than forty-nine years of combined cross-cultural experience. What began as a shared vision has become a movement—one dedicated to empowering women and vulnerable populations to create lasting change in their communities.

At Capture the Nations, we believe every person holds the potential to rise above circumstance and lead with purpose. Our organization exists to equip and support those working on the front lines of transformation—women leaders, community advocates, and cross-cultural workers who are making an impact locally and globally.

Our approach is collaborative, capacity-building, and deeply relational. We partner with organizations and individuals to strengthen leadership, expand access to education and resources, and foster sustainable solutions that promote dignity and opportunity.

Grounded in empathy and informed by decades of experience in international development and coaching, Capture the Nations provides the tools, mentorship, and community support needed to help others thrive. Together, we’re cultivating spaces where ideas take root, connections flourish, and lives are transformed.

Join us in this journey of empowerment and growth. Together, we can amplify voices, spark innovation, and bring lasting impact to communities around the world.
